Kennzeichnung & Rückverfolgbarkeit von Bauteilen für die Luftfahrt

Bedarf

• Auf alle Bauteile soll eine Identifizierungskennung markiert werden: DataMatrix™ Code + Matrizenschriftart 5x7 (enthält Herstellercode, Seriennummer, Werkstücknummer etc.)

• Zur Validierung des Zyklus sollen die markierten Codes hinterher decodiert und überprüft werden

Rahmenbedingungen

• Was wird markiert? Linear- und Kreismarkierung

• Wie lange wird markiert? Zykluszeit: 2 Min. / Betrieb: 20 Std. täglich

• Worauf wird markiert? Edelstahl, Stahl, Titan, Inconel

Zwei kundenspezifische Arbeitsstationen:

• Für die Markierung: Nadelpräger XF510Sm + Zusatzgerät für Radialmarkierungen DMC 11

• Für die Decodierung: Mobiles Lesegerät Cognex 6500
